I have to start by saying “oh my god it’s expensive there”. Now I’ve said that, what an amazing place it is. Basically a large volcanic rock battered by an unforgiving Atlantic wind, but glorious to view in the sun or snow. You need to get used to the sulphur “egg” smell; even the showers smell of it. The outside thermal baths have to be experienced.
