Oslo

Occasionally you come across a city where you get stuck for a great description. Oslo is a pleasant enough place, friendly, efficient in a good way, safe, but just not the kind of "wow" place that you'd want to visit more than once.

The 48 hours I spent there was more than enough time, unless you want to get out and see some countryside or fjords.

It's quite an expensive city, but apart from that, "mostly harmless"!!
