A family holiday, with camera, mainly covering the northwest of the island.

With the island being placed between Italy, Spain and Africa, it was almost always occupied land through it's history, and the influence here has ended up being more Catalan rather than Roman.

Paella and pizza are both abundant, but the islanders have maintained a fierce independant identity expressed through it's dialect, food and festivals. This is the 2nd largest island in the Mediterranean, and is a mix of interesting places to visit, and the large crowded beaches covered with holiday makers.
